Bob Pleban is an accomplished senior executive with a distinguished record of achievement and experience providing strategic vision and leadership in all aspects of program management and business development. Resourceful and entrepreneurial with demonstrated skill directing operations and building valuable public and private sector alliances in both corporate and start-up environments. Impeccable military career as a Naval Flight Officer; retired in 1995. Proven ability to build, train and motivate highly qualified teams to achieve project and client goals within crucial time and budget constraints.  Bob has an M.S. in Information Systems from American University.

Robert Hill is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for RPI Group, Inc. Joining RPI in October 2006, he brings with him a wealth of experience supporting the intelligence community and the U. S. Navy. He is a DAWIA level III certified Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in the acquisition community.  Prior to joining RPI, he was the President and General Manager of the McClendon Corporation Maryland Operations where he was responsible for the profit and loss for McClendon’s business at the National Security Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Under his leadership, Maryland Operations grew from $3M to over $16M in revenue in a little over two and a half years.  Bob has received Master’s degrees in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University and Strategic Studies and International Affairs from the U. S. Naval War College.

Jim Hensler has a diverse background in national security, having served in the legislative arena, the private sector and the military.  He is the former Staff Director and Chief Counsel of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence as well as former Military Legislative Assistant to Alabama Senator Richard Shelby.  He has significant experience with the authorization of sensitive intelligence programs and with defense appropriations issues. A former naval officer, Jim is a licensed attorney with current and active security clearances.  He spearheads RPI affiliations with Washington, D.C.-based government relations firms including American Defense International, Inc. and The Livingston Group, L.L.C.
